I don’t know why the avatar picture is not updated with roles: subscriber, contributor and author (just works propertly with administrator and editor)

I need that my subscribers could update their avatar photo…

I have download Members plugin to give this role the same capabilities as Editor, but it doesn’t work…. 🙁

Where can I delete this control?

Please help asap
