I am having some issues with the lost password form. The page header is incorrect.
1) When I attempt to sign in with an invalid password (on /wp/login) I receive the notice that my password is incorrect with a link to Lost your password. When I click on the link, the page shows up with the header “Untitled” (on /wp/login?action=lostpassword). The original page (/wp/login) has a title “Login.”

2) When I enter my email address I receive a link to reset my password (/wp/login?action=rp&key=ud8zB5yW8xYwFHWvnhfg&login=testreg). The page that comes up also has the header “Untitled”. When I enter my new password, confirm the password and click Reset Password, the confirmation screen also has “Untitled” for the page header (/wp/login?action=rp&key=ud8zB5yW8xYwFHWvnhfg&login=testreg)

On the Settings page under the Login tab, the page is set to Login and the login page has [user-meta type="login" name="Sign In"]
